Next Alternative Acquires Majority of Korean-Based Environmentally-Focused Keosan High Tech

OTTAWA, Ontario, June 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Robert Ireland, CEO of Next Alternative, Inc.(N4H)(NEXZ), is pleased to announce that the firm recently acquired 90% of Keosan High Tech Co. Ltd of South Korea and with it 13 patents in the energy and environmental sectors.

Established in 2000, Keosan is a leading researcher and manufacturer of technology and products that assist in energy saving and in producing a cleaner environment. The company houses laboratories and test rooms where technology and products are designed, created and tested for effectiveness and viability. Some of the acquired patents, including the Emulsion-Fuel Machine, are already key to Next Alternative's current and future mission of finding alternative means of energy.
