NextTruck Announces Participation in 2012 Trade Shows
CROSSVILLE, Tenn., Feb. 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- NextTruck, the nation's premier source for semi-trucks and trailers for sale, has released the list of 2012 industry trade shows and events in which it will exhibit.
"Exhibiting at the shows and events gives our brand extremely high visibility in the marketplace," said Amy Looper, general manager. "Not only are they an excellent way to promote our own name and demonstrate our product, but they give us the opportunity to effectively promote among active buyers and companies that depend on us through their advertising," she continued.
Looper said the 2012 truck shows and events that NextTruck is scheduled to participate in represent a broad spectrum of truck types.
"For example, the Work Truck Show is a vocational truck show," she commented, adding that this includes dump trucks, box trucks and other types of vehicles that companies or individuals use in their line of work.
Looper said that semi trucks are another important market for NextTruck as well.
"The Mid-America Trucking Show, or MATS, as it is commonly known, is the biggest show of its type for the year," she remarked. "All types of trucks are on display at this show including semi-trucks and day cabs. There is a huge presence from OEM's such as Peterbilt, Kenworth, Freightliner, International and Volvo at this show as well."
She added that The Great West Truck Show, The Great American Trucking Show, and the Charlotte Diesel Super Show all target similar audiences to MATS. NextTruck will participate in these shows to increase exposure for the website www.nexttruckonline.com to help promote customer's inventories.
Another type of show that NextTruck has included in its lineup this year is one where drivers get to show off their big rigs.
"Wolcott Trucker's Jamboree and The Big Iron Classic are a new type of show for us," Looper said. "They are fun filled shows which have a truck competition that allows drivers to show off their rides."
A much broader event that NextTruck plans to participate in again is the Used Truck Association (UTA). "Aftermarket trucks," she commented, "are vital to the industry and make up a large portion of those found on NextTruck's website. NextTruck even offers special advertising discounts to UTA members," she added.
"All of the types of trucks that these various shows involve can be found on NextTruckOnline.com," Looper said. "Our website is a valuable resource that offers advertising solutions to help truck and trailer sellers market their products and services to active buyers."
