NFP's PartnersFinancial Donates Funds and Supplies to Four West Virginia Charities

NEW YORK, July 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- National Financial Partners Corp. (NYSE: NFP), a provider of benefits, insurance and wealth management services, and PartnersFinancial, one of NFP's premier national membership organizations, today announced that PartnersFinancial is donating materials and monetary gifts to four charities based in West Virginia.  Working with its 2009 core insurance carriers, AXA Equitable, ING, John Hancock, MetLife, Pacific Life, and Sun Life Financial, as charitable giving partners, PartnersFinancial has committed more than $60,000 in funds and supplies.

PartnersFinancial is donating $20,000 to the Children's Home Society of West Virginia and another $20,000 to the Upper Big Branch Family Fund, in Morgantown, West Virginia. In addition, PartnersFinancial is donating funds and supplies to Piedmont CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children) and to VAMC Beckley (Veterans Administration Medical Center, Beckley, West Virginia). Each organization will receive 150 personal care kits for new arrivals, assembled by PartnersFinancial members, and $5,000.
