MONTREAL, May 21, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ - Accedian Networks, the Performance Assurance Solution Specialist, today announced the deployment of its SkyLIGHT™ VCX platform across seven global service provider networks. The network function virtualization (NFV)-powered virtual customer premises equipment (vCPE) solution is revolutionizing the ability for service providers to assure performance of hybrid cloud connections, while reducing hardware and operating costs, and most importantly, driving data center access revenue. A total of seven global service providers are utilizing Accedian's vCPE solution in production environments as part of their NFV strategy, including four mobile operators in Asia, Europe and the Middle East; also deployed in North America by two of the largest multi-service cable operators (MSOs) and a Tier-1 wireline carrier.
