CONCORD, N.C., Sept. 14, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Charlotte-area homebuilder Niblock Homes hosted a Grand Opening Homesite Release Event on Saturday, August 26th at the site of its newest patio home community, Woodbridge. Guests were on hand to tour the development site, and buyers were able to choose the lot on which their new home will be built. The event exceeded initial projections, with contracts signed on 6 of the community's 49 homesites.
