NiceLabel and Chemwatch collaborate to offer free GHS Cloud printing solution, including free regulatory data
BROOKFIELD, Wis., Jan. 21, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (GHS) requires manufacturers, importers, downstream users and distributors of chemical substances and mixtures to adopt the standard by June 2015. NiceLabel has launched a free easy-to-use GHS Cloud solution that allows suppliers and users of secondary containers to print GHS compliant labels from any color label or page printer.
The GHS regulation affects any organization (e.g. laboratories in hospitals, universities, schools, etc.) that supplies chemicals or uses chemicals within the workplace. It covers all hazardous chemicals and may be adopted to cover chemicals in the workplace, transport, consumer products, pesticides and pharmaceuticals. Additionally, 150,000 pure substances, online mixture calculations and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in 47 languages are available for purchase.
