Nineteen JVM Apartment Communities Receive Resident Satisfaction Awards from SatisFacts

OAK BROOK, Ill., Feb. 6, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- JVM Realty Corp. (JVM), a leading vertically integrated multifamily real estate investment and property management firm, today announced that all 19 of its apartment communities have received individual 2018 SatisFacts Resident Satisfaction Awards. Additionally, JVM was honored in the award program's Company category as well.

The communities earned the awards by achieving average scores of at least 4.0 on their Insite resident satisfaction surveys last year. The Insite surveys are conducted after certain events or touch points in the lifecycle of a prospect and/or resident.
