NIVS Announces Engagement of Trilogy Capital Partners to Lead Financial Marketing and Investor Relations Initiatives

("NIVS" or the "Company") (NYSE Amex: NIV), a consumer electronics company that designs, manufactures and sells intelligent audio and visual products and mobile phones, has engaged Trilogy Capital Partners to lead its financial marketing and investor relations initiatives.

Trilogy's mandate is to provide investor relations services, drive investor visibility and enhance NIVS' goal of delivering compelling and consistent shareholder value.
