No Fixed Address Podcast Launches Second Season of Total Cultural Immersion on Matador Network

This time around, Michael and Vanessa are digging into food — not just what's on the plate, but the people, the places and the stories behind it, often in both video and audio format.

After launching last year, No Fixed Address quickly climbed to the No. 11 spot in Travel Podcasts worldwide with a 4.7 rating on Apple Podcasts. Season two kicks off, with a midnight kitchen session with one of Colombia's most beloved chefs and a Cartagena bar that is changing lives, one cocktail at a time. An upcoming episode takes listeners to crack open sea urchins on the docks with Santa Barbara's only female uni diver.

No Fixed Address will now offer video for many of its episodes, available to watch on Spotify and YouTube. The addition of video will help transport viewers as the hosts travel to far-flung locations and experience authentic local food first hand.

"Every episode costs us a piece of our sanity," says Salas. "In Bali, it was four hours of winding mountain roads, cleaning up our kid's spit-up, and shooing chickens out of the way. In Japan, the subway map might as well have been a quantum physics equation. In London, we were locked in a losing battle with the rain, sprinting between doorways to keep our recording equipment from drowning.
