About the Founder of Justaskmeout, Alex Rowley
Alex Rowley, 32, from Hammersmith, graduated from Oxford University with a Masters in Psychology and Philosophy before joining Deloitte as a Management Consultant. She'd been single on and off for a couple of years, had tried various different dating sites but was frustrated with how much time it took emailing people. "I very quickly realised that it was all about getting out there on dates not being sat behind a computer screen. I thought it would be so much more straight-forward if you could just ask someone out straight away". Thus her idea for Justaskmeout was born. She launched the site January 2013 and quit her job at Deloitte 3 months later.
