NOHO, Inc. beverage company parnters with Miracle Smoke, Inc. to launch NOHO CBD beverage products

SCOTTSDALE, AZ, June 4, 2015 /PRNewswire/ - Scottsdale, AZ based company NOHO, Inc. (OTC: DRNK) announced today that they have signed a letter of intent with Miracle Smoke, Inc., a Florida corporation, in which NOHO, Inc. plans to partner up with Miracle Smoke, Inc. to develop, manufacture and distribute cannabidiol (CBD) beverages throughout the United States.  The closing of this proposed transaction is subject to the completion of due diligence and the execution of definitive agreements on or before June 30, 2015.
