Non-profit, OneVoice, Launches "You Are Beautiful" 2014 Campaign to Unite Children and Raise Money for Schools Around the World

VIENNA, Va., Feb. 14, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The goal of the You Are Beautiful 2014 campaign is to unite kids around the globe and help them build a better world for themselves and their communities. OneVoice will travel to schools in India, Nicaragua and Africa in 2014 with a team of skilled teachers and guides to engage children in their CreatED© program.  The five day creative curriculum uses music, yoga, dance, visual art, theater, meditation and joy to cultivate integrity, compassion, responsibility, empathy, altruism, trust, and empowerment in the children.

"The purpose and intention of this project is to cultivate the creativity in every child, connect them with children all over the world and to collectively channel that energy to make the world a better place," says Robbie Schaefer, OneVoice founder and musician.

OneVoice will raise funds for schools visited to further advance the children and their communities. In India, they will be helping to provide books for a library for the kids at the Laksh Farms School. In Nicaragua, they will be helping to furnish school supplies for the first ever elementary school in Francisco Laguna and in Liberia, West Africa, they will be helping to build boarding facilities for students at the More Than Me Academy.

Funds for the initiatives will be raised through paid downloads of the campaign anthem song, You Are Beautiful, written and performed by Robbie Schaefer, available on iTunes and the OneVoice website and also by purchasing a You Are Beautiful necklace, available on the OneVoice website.  Angel donations will also be accepted.  

Sirius XM Kids Place Live, Channel 78, will support the launch on February 14, 2014 and will follow the campaign throughout the year.  Support will include airing of the song, You Are Beautiful, as well as airing answers given to the campaign anthem question, What does Love Look Like?  People from all over the world will be asked this question and the answers recorded. The answers will be aired on the radio channel and also featured on the OneVoice website and social media platforms to include Facebook, Instagram & Twitter over the course of 2014.
