ORANGEBURG, N.Y., May 30, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- PhotoMedex, Inc. (NasdaqGS and TASE: PHMD) announces the launch of the first-ever no!no! "Design It Yourself" Contest, which will give one lucky designer the opportunity to see his or her original design come to life on a no!no! Hair device.

Starting June 1, 2013, consumers can learn more about the contest via www.nonocontest.com and the no!no! Facebook page: www.facebook.com/NonobyRadiancy. Entries can include designs with a maximum of four colors and must be submitted using the official design template, which can be downloaded on the contest webpage.
Entries will be accepted via the webpage through July 31, 2013, after which, a panel of judges will select the top four finalists. On August 19, 2013, finalists will be announced via the no!no! Facebook page. Fans of no!no! will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite design, with the grand-prize winner announced on August 26, 2013. The winning design will be available for purchase by March 31, 2014.

This Contest is open only to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older. Valid entries must be in the entrant's own name and received during the Contest Period of June 1, 2013 to July 31, 2013. A maximum of one entry per category from each person shall be valid. Four finalists will be selected from valid entries the week of August 5, 2013- August 16, 2013 by the marketing department at Radiancy. Those finalists will have their design hosted on Radiancy's Facebook page from August 19, 2013- August 23, 2013. The winner will be announced via Facebook on August 26, 2013. The winner will be determined as the result of a vote by fans of Radiancy's Facebook page.
