Noodles & Company Raises $612,000 To Fight Childhood Hunger
Fundraising efforts will help provide up to 6 million meals to kids in need through No Kid Hungry
BROOMFIELD, Colo., Oct. 22, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Noodles & Company, serving classic noodle and pasta dishes from around the world, today announced that its "Share a Little, Get a Shareable" fundraiser benefiting No Kid Hungry raised $612,000 during September, setting a new fundraising record for the Company. In Noodles' third consecutive year supporting No Kid Hungry since 2016, Noodles has collectively donated more than $1.5 million to support children in need.
With the support of Noodles & Company and other partners, No Kid Hungry has been able to respond to the immediate needs of children and families whose lives were impacted by Hurricane Florence. No Kid Hungry is donating relief and recovery funds to local partners that will directly fund efforts to keep food on the table for hungry kids and families in storm-affected areas.
