HONG KONG, March 11, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Nord Anglia Education, Inc. (NYSE: NORD), the world's leading premium schools organization, announced today that it will hold its 2016 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Tuesday, April 12, 2016, at 9:00 A.M. UK time. The meeting will be held at InterContinental London Park Lane, One Hamilton Place, Park Lane, London, W1J 7QY, United Kingdom. All shareholders of record as of March 7, 2016 will be eligible to vote and are invited to attend.

The primary agenda of the meeting is to re-elect Alan Kelsey, Andrew Fitzmaurice, Graeme Halder, Jack Hennessy, Kosmas Kalliarekos, Carlos Watson and Nicholas Baird as the Company's directors until the next annual meeting of shareholders and until their successors are duly elected and ratify the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending August 31, 2016.
