Norman Regional Renews contract for business analytics solutions With Streamline Health

ATLANTA, March 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Streamline Health Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: STRM), a leading provider of transformational data-driven solutions that help healthcare providers reduce exposure to risk, enhance clinical, financial and operational performance and improve patient care, today announced Norman Regional Health System, a client of Streamline Health for the last five years, has renewed its contract for Streamline Health's suite of business analytics solutions as well as its Solution Optimization Services.

The 324-bed, Norman, Oklahoma healthcare organization will continue to use Streamline Health's data analysis and reporting system and accounts receivable and denials management solutions for the next three years. The organization says the solutions package gives it a complete global view of its financial performance.

In addition to the technology, Norman Regional was the first user of Streamline Health's Solution Optimization Services (SOS), which became available to all Streamline clients last year. SOS gives healthcare providers access to subject matter experts for help with both tactical issues and long-term strategic planning. Services include revenue optimization, business process improvement, data-based employee performance incentives, and data monitoring.

Meegan Carter, Vice President of Revenue Cycle at Norman Regional, said she's found SOS extremely beneficial.
