("Nortek") (OTC QB: NTKS) announced today that it intends to offer $500.0 million in aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2021 (the "Notes"). Proceeds of the Notes offering will be used, in part, to refinance the Company's outstanding 11% Senior Secured Notes due 2013.
