SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., April 16, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Northsight Capital, Inc., (NCAP OTCBB) announced today an informal joint venture arrangement with the owner of TheAnonymousEmail.com to develop and promote, on a trial basis, the use of the anonymous emailing system by persons discussing, debating, or communicating about  the marijuana space and wanting  to be discrete.  Individuals who prefer not to show any emails discussing marijuana on their home or work computers could be user the system.  Emails sent using the The Anonymous Email technology are not sent with the users IP address.  The system will be free to anyone wanting to subscribe.

The arrangement calls for the owner of TheAnonymousEmail.com website to modify the site so that it is appealing to persons wishing to communicate anonymously about marijuana related subjects. Northsight will promote the legitimate use TheAnonymousEmail.com website by the marijuana community. The arrangement calls for a 60 day trial period during which the viability of the concept will be evaluated, based on the traffic generated by people discussing or conversing about marijuana, its uses and/or benefits.  If it is determined by the parties that there is significant new traffic to the Anonymous site and the site is viable for this use, then the parties will negotiate a definitive licensing agreement under which Northsight will clone a new site, using the Anonymous technology, and the parties will share any advertising related revenues generated by the new site.
