Northwestern's Pat Fitzgerald and VitalSmarts Co-Founder Joseph Grenny to Keynote MHI Global Elevate Summit

Attendees will hear how Northwestern University football coach Pat Fitzgerald elevated his program into a competitive force in one of the toughest conferences in the nation. Fitzgerald is entering his 11th season at Northwestern, and is still building upon the tradition he helped establish as an All-America linebacker for the Wildcats in the mid-1990s and later as an assistant coach. From 2008 to 2012, Fitzgerald guided Northwestern to five consecutive bowl berths, capped by a victory against Mississippi State in the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl, Northwestern's first bowl win since 1948. Northwestern is coming off a 10-win season and an appearance in the Outback Bowl. Fitzgerald is already the winningest coach in school history.
Joseph Grenny, co-founder of VitalSmarts, four-time New York Times best-selling author and a social scientist for business performance, has a passion for and expertise in human behavior and its impact on business performance and relationships.
