Noted Trial Attorney Matthew D. Taggart Joins Thomas Employment Law Advocates, APC

Aside from his well-regarded employment litigation work, Taggart is a specialist in complex litigation, including in the employment and consumer fields.

Taggart may be most widely known for his work in the Lamar Central Outdoor LLC litigation in which he obtained a groundbreaking First Amendment victory against the City of Los Angeles over its offsite billboard ban. He is also known for Tesoro Refining and Marketing Company LLC vs. National Union Fire Insurance Company where he successfully defended the defendant insurance company against a $15 million breach of contract and bad faith lawsuit, and in Fenerjian vs. Nongshim Co. in which he obtained a complete dismissal of complex price fixing and conspiracy claims.
