FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., June 25, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Nouveau Life Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Pink Sheets: NOUV), a provider of quality all-natural dietary supplements, announced today the planned addition of four supplement products to its signature product line New Life Naturals™.
Nouveau Life recently completed a market analysis of specialty supplements for Baby Boomers and the aging adult population. Seventy-eight percent of adults aged 55-plus use dietary supplements. Based on the market analysis, Nouveau Life has begun production of four products that are commonly used by older adults: Krill Oil, Glucosamine Sulfate, Vitamins A&D, and Calcium with Vitamin D.
Krill Oil* – The oil derived from Krill is rich in phospholipids, the building blocks for cell membranes, and Essential Fatty Acids including Omega-3, 6 and 9. Krill Oil is commonly used for high triglycerides, heart disease, high blood pressure, rheumatoid arthritis, menstrual pain, ADHD, osteoporosis, hardening of the arteries, kidney problems, and high cholesterol.
Glucosamine Sulfate* – Glucosamine Sulfate is a naturally occurring chemical found in the fluid that is around joints. Glucosamine Sulfate supplements are commonly used for arthritis, most often osteoarthritis.
Vitamins A&D* – Vitamin A is recognized for its roles in the body including vision, growth, reproduction, the immune system, the development of primary body tissue, bones, blood cellular components and the brain. Vitamin D is a nutrient that is needed for health and to maintain strong bones. A Vitamin D deficiency may lead to brittle bones. Vitamin D is also involved in muscle movement and nerve function, and the immune system needs Vitamin D to fight off invading bacteria and viruses.
Calcium with Vitamin D* – Calcium is important to maintain strong bones. As with Vitamin D, the body needs calcium for muscles to move and for nerves to carry messages between the brain and every body part. Calcium also helps blood vessels move blood throughout the body and aids in the release of hormones and enzymes that affect almost every function in the human body. Calcium coupled with Vitamin D helps protect older adults from osteoporosis.
"We will continue to aggressively expand our New Life Naturals™ line of products," stated Nouveau Life CEO Melissa Walker. "The CAGR for the global dietary supplements market is predicted to be near 4 percent through 2013, and we fully intend to capitalize on the market's expected growth."
Nouveau Life anticipates that the products will be available for purchase in less than a month. All of Nouveau Life's supplements can be purchased by visiting www.nlpnaturals.com.
