Novagen Changes Name and Acquires NC Precision Engineering

NEW YORK, May 9, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Novagen Ingenium Inc. (OTCQB: NOVZ) today announced that on April 22, 2013, Renegade Engine Company Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Novagen, acquired the plant, equipment and goodwill of NC Precision Engineering Pty Ltd.     

Since 1995, NC Precision Engineering has earned a solid reputation in the precision engineering field for quality tool manufacture and outstanding service. With a focus on product consistency and reliable turnarounds NC Precision Engineering offers a range of services including CNC Machining and CNC Turning from small volumes to production runs.
