Novaworks Announces New Cloud-Based EDGAR Filing Software

ROCHESTER, N.Y., April 4, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- EDGAR conversion and filing software leader Novaworks announces the launch of GoFiler Online, a premier tool that provides a cloud-based deployment model and EDGAR filing management system for Novaworks' GoFiler financial reporting software.

Registration is open at www.gofiler.online. Registering for an account is a simple, free process and allows users instant access to tools to create, edit and file Section 16 EDGAR forms. Users who register before May 2 can also redeem credit for free filings.

Managing EDGAR Filings Anywhere

GoFiler Online uniquely combines a cloud-based web portal to manage EDGAR documents and data with the stability and computing power of desktop software. Users can log into the web portal on any computer or mobile device to perform various tasks – for example, one can check the status of an EDGAR submission or edit common EDGAR data such as reporting owner information. From the web portal, users can also launch the GoFiler Online software.

The software is designed specifically to allow users to quickly create or modify filings and send them to EDGAR. While it is based on Novaworks' flagship filing solution, GoFiler Complete, much of the extra features have been pared away to avoid cluttering a user's experience with too many functions and too much content.
