November Sales Increase Through Cyber Monday Up 60 Percent Over the Same Period Last Year for Boston's Bella Sante Day Spa.

BOSTON, Nov. 30, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- While mainstream media outposts are focused on reporting general Web site traffic increases, Boston-area Bella Sante Day Spa is assessing its own accomplishments in serving the public online with its most successful November of gift certificates sales in their 17-year history.

November sales through Cyber Monday 2010, compared to last year, increased 60 percent by 9:00 p.m.

Bella Sante Web site traffic on Thanksgiving Day was up 62 percent over 2009 and on Black Friday 89 percent.

Calls on Black Friday to the Bella Sante Concierge Center were up 58 percent. Call center concierges still managed to keep the average caller wait time below 9 seconds—a remarkable achievement considering such an increase in calls.  As reported by comScore, the growth in Unique Visitors on Black Friday at Amazon was 25%; however, Bella Sante reported a 70% growth.
