Novus Board Names Francois Fraudeau as CEO

ST. LOUIS, March 31, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Novus International, Inc., today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Francois Fraudeau as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) effective immediately.  Fraudeau previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO). Thad Simons will retire from CEO and become the Senior Executive Advisor to the Board.
