ST. LOUIS, Sept. 13, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The International Egg Commission (IEC), working jointly with the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), is putting on a two-day technical seminar immediately prior to the IEC Cape Town Conference. The event, which will be held in Lusaka, Zambia on September 18th and 19th, will bring together IEC members - including Novus - from nine different countries for workshops, technical presentations and the exchange of information vital to increasing egg consumption and helping local producers address some of the challenges that hinder egg production in the region. The ultimate goal is to cultivate long-term and ongoing partnerships between IEC members and these local egg producer associations.
