The highly popular Secret Cities photography series, available exclusively on NOWNESS.com, invites NOWNESS contributors to capture and share the iconic spaces, places and favorite hangouts of their 'secret cities.' Past featured cities have included Dubai, Rome, Copenhagen, and Los Angeles.
NOWNESS' Your Secret Cities competition invites the public to photograph and share the hidden pleasures of their favorite cities using photo-sharing applications (Instagram, Hipstamatic, etc.) for a chance to win a grand prize of a $2500USD gift card to indulge in the luxurious amenities at any of the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts across the globe.
To kick off the competition, NOWNESS will feature a Secret Cities exclusive by senior fashion editor of ELLE CHINA Leaf Greener and photographer Liao Dan, who will present hidden gems of Shanghai, one of their 'secret cities.'
The competition is opened for submissions between August 21st and September 3rd through Twitter and Sina Weibo using the hashtag #NOWNESSsecretcities. The public will then vote for its favorite submissions on NOWNESS.com during a nine-day voting period that will close on September 12th. The ten photos that receive the most votes will be reviewed by a panel of judges who are expected to announce the grand prize winner on September 25th.
