NQ Mobile and MTS Announce New White Label Agreement to Make NQ Mobile Vault™ Available to More Than 100 Million MTS Subscribers

BEIJING and DALLAS, Nov. 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- NQ Mobile (NYSE: NQ), a leading global provider of mobile Internet services, has reached an agreement with Mobile Telesystems OSJC ("MTS"), the largest mobile operator in Russia and the 8^th largest telecommunications brand worldwide, to make NQ Mobile Vault available to MTS subscribers through a wide ranging "White Label" agreement. MTS will promote and distribute the product through pre-load, SMS and social network campaigns, as well as direct at point-of-sale and app store availability. The collaboration significantly increases the global availability of NQ Mobile's award-winning mobile privacy product.
