FL Mobile has signed a strategic agreement with Tencent's game studio "Five Colored Stones" that gives it operating rights of a selection of "Five Colored Stones" studio developed mobile games developed by Five Colored Stones' studio on the iOS platform in mainland China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan). FL mobile has just launched the first game, "Journey to the West – Mythical Chapter" pursuant to this strategic agreement, at the beginning of July.
"Dragon's Summon," a puzzle and card game jointly operated and published by China Mobile Games and Entertainment Group Limited (CMGE) and FL Mobile, is distributed exclusively on the iOS platform by FL Mobile.
At a press conference at the end of May formally launching the game "Dragon's Summon", Ken Jian Xiao, Chief Executive Officer, CMGE stated, "We are constantly working to improve our diverse game portfolio through strategic partnerships with qualified operators such as FL Mobile. In Japan, puzzle and card games have proven to be very popular and profitable and we believe that China now holds equally as many opportunities for monetization of such games which we intend to capture with the launch of this game and others to follow."
