NRECA and Colliers International Team to Lease Available Space at Headquarters

WASHINGTON, Sept. 18, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- After a comprehensive search of key Northern Virginia commercial real estate firms, National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA), recently awarded exclusive leasing representation services of 4401 Wilson Boulevard to Colliers International.

The Class "A," 575,000 square foot office building is prominently located on the corner of Glebe Road and Wilson Boulevard in the Ballston area of Arlington.  The NRECA corporate headquarters currently has space available and offers a highly sought after location, as well as a large conference facility for tenants.
