NRT's Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in Florida Strengthens Fort Myers/Naples Market Presence with Two Acquisitions

FORT MYERS, Fla., May 30, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate LLC, the largest residential real estate brokerage in Florida, announced today that it has acquired the assets of Island Coastal Realty in Estero, Fla., and 5^th Avenue Real Estate in Naples, Fla.  Coldwell Banker welcomes Island Coastal Realty's 13 sales associates and 5^th Avenue Real Estate's six sales associates from their two respective offices.

Gwen Martin has more than 20 years of experience as a licensed real estate agent, held numerous leadership positions with the Cape Coral Chamber of Commerce and has been a broker for 10 years. She has earned numerous certifications over her career, including Certified Residential Specialist, Certified Residential Broker, Accredited Buyer Representative, Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource, Seniors Real Estate Specialist and Certified Distressed Property Expert. She holds her Graduate Realtor Institute designation and has won numerous sales and management awards during her career. 

Stefan Bolsen, owner of 5^th Avenue Real Estate in Naples, was previously the master license partner and head of real estate for Engel & Volkers Florida.  He and his wife, Bea Bolsen, who are both former attorneys from Germany and enjoy a large clientele of real estate buyers from around the world, will become independent sales associates at Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate.
