nSolutions Receives Strategic Investment From Leading Japanese Company

SAN JOSE, Calif., Nov. 9, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- nSolutions, Inc. (www.nsolutionsinc.net), the technology leader in automation for continuous security and compliance of data centers, announced today that it has signed an agreement with a leading global and public Japanese software solutions and services company, SRA, Inc. (www.sra.co.jp). Under the terms of the agreement SRA, Inc. will make a strategic investment in nSolutions through its wholly owned US subsidiary, SRAOSS, Inc. (www.sraoss.com), located in San Jose, California.

nSolutions' NOVA products and services provide automation for continuous control of data center infrastructures consisting of physical and virtual resources. SRA chose to invest in and partner with nSolutions with the objective of leveraging NOVA products to grow their services business in data centers and cloud environments.
