Nu Skin Welcomes Industry Veteran to Board of Directors
PROVO, Utah, June 24, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Nu Skin Enterprises, Inc. (NYSE: NUS) today announced the addition of Edwina D. Woodbury, a 20-year veteran of the direct selling and personal care industries, to Nu Skin's board of directors. Woodbury is currently the president and CEO of The Chapel Hill Press and has held several executive and board positions with other companies.

Woodbury has served as president and CEO of The Chapel Hill Press since 1999. Her prior experience includes more than 20 years in the direct selling and personal care products industries, having served at Avon Products as chief financial officer and in other finance and operations positions from 1977 to 1998. Woodbury has also served on public company boards across several industries in addition to her current service as chair of the nonprofit Medical Foundation of North Carolina. She received a bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina.
