Numerex's M2M Platforms for Development and Deployment Support Leverage Vodafone's Extensive M2M Networks

(Nasdaq: NMRX), a leading single source provider of secure machine-to-machine (M2M) products and services, today announced an agreement with Vodafone Ltd., the world's leading international mobile telecommunications group. The agreement provides Numerex with access to Vodafone's extensive data networks, which will be offered to its customers as part of Numerex DNA™ (Device, Network and Application) and the Numerex FAST™ platform along with an array of other M2M products and services.
Numerex will use Vodafone's pervasive cellular footprint to assist M2M companies in bringing their innovative wireless solutions to market. Numerex's customers are dealers, distributors and other businesses which serve the end-user market.
