Researchers to present findings on typical weight loss results, a clinical trial on type 2 diabetes, and the use of a Nutrisystem® program with internet based support

(NASDAQ: NTRI), the number one home delivery weight loss program, today announced that three Nutrisystem-sponsored studies will be presented on October 2, 2011, at Obesity 2011: The 29th Annual Scientific Meeting of the Obesity Society at the Orlando World Marriott, Cypress Ballroom in Orlando, Florida . In addition, the winner of the 2011 Nutrisystem grant, chosen by a review panel from the Obesity Society, will be announced at the conference's opening session, on the evening of October 1, 2011.
