Nutrition Management Services Company Announces Disposition of Collegeville Land and Building

KIMBERTON, Pa., April 25, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Nutrition Management Services Company (the "Company")  (Pink Sheets: NMSCA) today announced that it has disposed of the land and building it owned in Lower Providence Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.  As a result of this transaction the Company no longer has any outstanding debt with Wilmington Trust Company and related affiliates.  Commenting on this transaction, Joseph Roberts, Chief Executive Officer and Director said "we are very pleased with this transaction as we are now a debt-free company.  With the disposition of Collegeville, we will now be able to focus on growing our core business."
