Dr. Stacy Sims' groundbreaking research and personal contributions have ushered in the new generation of sports nutrition by separating hydration from fueling with a priority on fluid absorption and osmolality. Stacy is currently a Senior Research Fellow at the University of Waikato Adams Centre of High Performance developing ongoing research and expanding the post-graduate program while continuing her work with world-class athletes.
