NX Global, Inc. Announces a New Environmental Joint Venture

AUSTIN, Texas, Nov. 17, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- NX Global, Inc. (OTCBB: NEGSD) announced today that it has formed a new subsidiary with Eastern Energy and Emissions Solutions, Inc. to be operated as EEESNX LLC.

The operation has a license for the sale and installation of the diesel emission retrofit products manufactured and distributed by Truck Emission Control Technologies, Inc. (TECT) in Fortville, IN. These products are patented by Refaat (Ray) A Kammel and have been installed on several trucks and buses over the past several years with great success in operation. The market size for trucks and buses in New York is estimated to be in excess of $2 billion; even 10% market penetration by EEESNX has the potential to yield substantial sales and profits.

The license agreement provides exclusive rights to sell and install the retrofit products in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut. This market region contains the highest concentration of trucks and buses in the United States and the large majority of these vehicles require retrofit due to high levels of air pollution. These products provide an effective means for compliance with particulate pollution and smog especially in areas that are in violation of the Clean Air Act.

Products manufactured by TECT enjoy a very high degree of reliability and durability in operation, rendering it very attractive to customer and maintenance personnel. TECT was on the EPA Emerging Technologies list, and is in the final stage of verification. The current retrofit kit provides simultaneous particulate matters (PM) and nitrogen oxides (NOx) reductions, one of a kind in the market place. TECT has installed retrofit kits in Texas, Indiana and Michigan. The company has enhancements to its product design producing lower manufacturing costs and enhancing its performance to be available in 2012. Two new applied-for patents are in the pipeline.

New products for multiple applications to meet demands in the retrofit market are planned to take place in 2012.
