NxStage Wins 2014 American Red Cross Northeast Chapter Workplace Hero Award

LAWRENCE, Mass., March 31, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- NxStage Medical Inc., a leading manufacturer of home dialysis products, today announced the Company has been awarded the 2014 Workplace Hero Award by the Northeast Chapter of the American Red Cross. Recognized for its commitment to community service over the course of 2013, NxStage distinguished itself from industry peers through continuous efforts to provide support for the disadvantaged and dedication to preparing employees to volunteer in the event of local and national disasters. The American Red Cross Northeast Chapter presented the award to NxStage for the first time at the 12^th Annual Community Heroes Breakfast at the Doubletree by Hilton in Danvers, Massachusetts on March 20, 2014.
