
NYC DOT's Assistant Commissioner, Guillermo Leiva, Joins Pango

NEW YORK, Oct. 20, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- PangoUSA, LLC, announced today that Mr. Guillermo Leiva, Assistant Commissioner at New York City's Department of Transportation joins Pango on October 20 in the role of Senior Vice President of Operations. The company also added two new Area Sales Directors, Mr. David Holler, located in New York City, and Ms. Janell Simmons, located in Houston, Texas.

As the Assistant Commissioner for Parking Operations at New York City's Department of Transportation, Mr. Leiva ran the largest municipal parking system in the country – 42 Off-street Parking Facilities, 115,000 On-street parking stalls, 90,000 parking permits and $210 million in annual revenue. Prior to New York City, Mr. Leiva ran New England's largest parking system – 51,000 spaces and $43 million annually -- at the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority. In the role of Senior Vice President of Operations, Mr. Leiva will run all of Pango's operations, support, and community marketing across North America.
