Obesity Epidemic Answered with Healthy Revolutionary Ideas
SITKA, Ala., Aug. 22, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Why do many weight-loss programs fail? Why are there so many contradicting weight-loss approaches presented in the media? From dietary nutritionists to fitness gurus, many have offered their insights and ideas of the best weight-loss program to answer today's obesity problem; but not all have been healthy to the program users. That's why author Harold Kalve brings forth this only comprehensive explanation of the obesity epidemic and the only recommendation that will work for all. Readers will find a theory that may change the way they think about food and nutrition that allows the resurgence of more natural programs.
Inductive reasoning is applied in the examination of our nutritional history and pre-history experience. It is intended for the dieter who is frustrated with other programs and theories, and it should be self-evident to the discerning reader that there is a 100% chance of success in adopting these theories. This book guides the reader into a historic and evolutionary mindset and promotes acceptance of the necessity of treating food in an instinctive rather than an intellectual manner. He goes back to the basics and corrects wrong ideas when it comes to "natural food" by opening the eyes of readers of what the Basic Food is.
Forty years ago, Kalve gained an insight into evolutionary science that had not previously been understood or contemplated. The significance of his discovery became more pronounced as he applied its logic to the world and to the food crisis in modern times. It created a need for this new reasoning to be disseminated. And that's how Basic Food was launched.
