CaseData provides collaborative production, search and review of electronic data and scanned paper files for legal discovery and regulatory matters.

CaseData's new features include the following:

Batch Printing and Exporting – allows users to easily batch print documents for: deposition preparation, witness kits, document review, trial presentation and other legal processes. This feature gives legal professionals a wide variety of options such as printing Bates numbers on a page; printing documents with redactions and user-defined messages (such as "privileged" or "confidential") and printing data-rich slip sheets (separator sheets with title, date etc.) Users can print documents directly to a printer, PDF or compressed ZIP file, and can choose to print the produced version of a document, maintaining any privilege classifications reviewers specify.

Folders Permissions – provides users with robust flexibility and control when it comes to managing permissions related to folders. This feature allows reviewers to better collaborate and share or keep their work folders private.

Search Term Discovery – offers an advanced feature enabling reviewers to see how many variations and occurrences of a search term exist, which helps in developing the most efficient keyword search strategy.
