Ocean Bio-Chem, Inc. Announces: Distribution Agreement with Davis Manufacturing Veterinary Products for Performacide®

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Sept. 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Ocean Bio-Chem, Inc. (NASDAQ: OBCI), announced today its wholly owned subsidiary Star brite®, signed a Distribution Agreement with Davis Manufacturing Veterinary Products. Davis will serve as a distributor for Star brite's Performacide® Hard Surface Disinfectant into the Pet, Veterinary and Poultry markets.

Founded in 1982 and located in Atlanta, Georgia, Davis Manufacturing is a manufacturer and wholesaler of products for the pet professional including grooming tools, pet shampoos, disinfectants and therapeutic pet products. Davis currently distributes products to thousands of groomers as well as large-scale pet retail grooming operations throughout the United States. In addition, Davis has existing supplier agreements with large scale veterinary and agriculture supply distributors throughout the U.S.
