(NASDAQ: OBCI), is pleased to announce the Board of Directors unanimously voted on March 22, 2019 to declare a special cash dividend of $0.05 per share. The dividend is payable April 19, 2019, to holders of record of the Company's Common Stock on April 05, 2019.
