Ocean Shore Holding Co. Announces Branch Consolidation

OCEAN CITY, N.J., May 21, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Ocean Shore Holding Co. (Nasdaq: OSHC) today announced that the Company's banking unit, Ocean City Home Bank, will close its branch on White Horse Pike in Absecon, New Jersey on August 1, 2014.  Customer accounts will be transferred to the Bank's Galloway branch.

"The decision to consolidate our Absecon branch followed a thorough review of our operations and is based on the level of customer traffic and its proximity to our Galloway branch," said Steven E. Brady, President and CEO of the Company.  "Customers of the Absecon branch will continue to receive superior service through our Galloway branch, as well as our other delivery channels."
