O'Connor Davies, LLP and Mersel, Klein & Company, LLP Announce Merger

NEW YORK, Jan. 21, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- O'Connor Davies, LLP and Mersel, Klein & Company, LLP have announced a merger of the two Certified Public Accounting firms, effective immediately.  The combined firm is operating under the O'Connor Davies name.  Kenneth Mersel and Steven Klein, Partners, along with all staff members are now located in O'Connor Davies' existing New York office at 665 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY 10022.

This merger further establishes O'Connor Davies as a major Northeast and Mid-Atlantic Certified Public Accounting and consulting firm.  Kevin J.
