Ocular and KOE Showcase Compatible Products at SID Display Week

DALLAS, June 4, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Kaohsiung Opto-Electronics (KOE), formerly Hitachi Displays, has paired with Ocular LCD, Inc. to showcase enhanced display solutions that incorporate high-functioning TFTs with extremely durable projected capacitive touch panels. Ocular and KOE have full solution demonstrations featured in each of their tradeshow booths this week at the SID Display Week exhibition in Boston.

Announced just days before the SID Display Week tradeshow, Ocular's largest Crystal Touch: TRUE Multi-Touch projected capacitive touch panel measures 17.0-inches diagonally and has been integrated with KOE's 17.0-inch PRO-MED TFT for a full, interactive demonstration.  KOE will also feature an 8.0" Crystal Touch panel, incorporated with their Rugged Plus 8.0" IPS TFT, at the exhibition.   

KOE and Ocular are leaders in the embedded technology industry. Both companies provide expertise in their designated areas and have previously collaborated on several solutions for customers.
