SAN DIEGO, March 6, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- It was announced today that Manohack Mannie Keeton, CEO and Founder of ODME SOLUTIONS, LLC, a minority Woman Owned Small Business is teaming up with Rear Admiral (Ret.) Jerry Burroughs USN, Colonel Ray Jones (Ret. US Army) and (Title) Rich Mushek  (US Army) of STRATEGIC ALIGNMENT GLOBAL, INC. (SAGI) on various opportunities.

Ms. Keeton spent the last decade as a Department of Defense (DoD) contractor, providing support to the federal government.  For several years, she worked onsite at Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR/PEO C4I), supporting the Undersea Integration Program Office, PMW 770.  This background gave Ms. Keeton the necessary experience to manage government acquisition programs, and she founded ODME Solutions as a vehicle to better serve them.  Now, Ms. Keeton is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations and driving new business across all platforms of the company.  Says, Ms. Keeton, "I named ODME Solutions after the Laotian word odomee, (pronounced 'oh-da-mee,') which means innovative, effective and efficient. As the daughter of a Laotian Royal Army Colonel and former U.S. operative , I am a first-generation Laotian American who was forced to flee Laos with my family when the Communists overran the country in 1975.  Because of my love and deep respect for the US Military and the freedom America has allowed me, I dedicate my career to providing diversified technical, management and financial services to government, commercial and nonprofit customers."

Ms. Keeton holds a BS and Masters in Business Management, and is fluent in three languages. She is a member of the San Diego chapters of National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA), and Women in Defense.

Recently ODME Solutions was awarded a Seaport-e prime contractor under Contract No. N00178-14-D-7423 with General Dynamics Information Technology  and Science Applications International Corporation  as teammates.  This award qualified ODME to compete for Task Orders to fulfill a wide array of of engineering and support services required by NAVSEASYSCOM, SPAWARSYSCOM, MSC, NAVFAC, the SSPO and the U.S. Marine Corps issued within geographical zones 1-7.
