It all started with the Chart of Accounts (COA) redesign. Many GL Associates (GLA) clients were outgrowing their Chart of Accounts – some organically and others through mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures. Many of these organizations hired GLA for the COA redesign, but others needed a different type of assistance: Once the COA was redesigned, how do they convert from the old design to the new with the confidence that they had not lost any data?
