Ohio's Jonalee White and McGuffey Lane Ink Deal With E1 Entertainment

NASHVILLE, Tenn., March 8 /PRNewswire/ -- E1 Entertainment Distribution U.S., the biggest Independent distributor in the United States, has signed Ohio-based Lick Records. Lick Records recording artists Jonalee White and McGuffey Lane will both release new albums in 2010.

Lick Records was established in 1996 on the strength of veteran artists McGuffey Lane, a popular 1980s country rock band. McGuffey Lane released four albums in the 1980s with Atco/Atlantic Records, one including the pop hit "Long Time Lovin' You." More recently, the band released two albums on the Lick Records label, "Call Me Lucky" (1998), and "Wood" (2002). McGuffey Lane is currently working on a new album due out this fall.

Also due out this year on Lick Records is country music artist Jonalee White's new album, "Sugar." When Jonalee's not making music, she's busy starring in her Austin, Texas-based Yallwire.com show, "Long Road to Nashville" and interviewing some of Nashville's most popular crooners, such as Charlie Daniels, Darryl Worley, and Jack Ingram.

Jonalee's new single "Naked As Fools" impacts radio on March 29th, 2010. Her new album, "Sugar," will be available in summer of 2010.
